Produced in 2022, this cider has been matured for 3 years before bottling… using classic Bitter sharp and classic bittersweet cider apple varieties (Foxwhelp and Ellis Bitter) together in perfect harmony.

Often blended together because they are ripe at a similar time, these varieties are next to each other in the Charnwood cider orchard, their branches tangling together and destined to be melded together.
