55% Semillon, 45% Sauvignon Blanc, aged for 8 months in oak barrels, regularly stirring the lees. 80% fermentation has taken place in oak barrels used for the Sauternes, while 20% in stainless steel tanks, for 3 weeks.

Fresh and fine on the nose, a white wine with a lovely aroma, an intense attack with good density. Nice citrus notes and a Sauvignon finish. The nuances are revealed in the length: grapefruit zest, yellow peach flesh and small fruit tree flowers. A real vintage for pleasure and to share.
