100% Pinot Noir

Deep ruby red core with a silvery pink rim. Floral notes of lavender, followed by red berries think strawberry and fresh raspberries. A hint of spice and wild brambly notes add an extra layer of complexity. Light– medium bodied with luscious red fruits. The juicy acidity and spicy tannin make this a highly drinkable and very moreish little number.

Perfect with crispy duck pancakes, sweet spring vegetable.
