50% Viognier, 20% Roussanne, 20% Marsanne, 10% Clairette and Grenache Blanche, aged in big oak barrels for 6 months.

Ripe notes on the nose, banana and apricot mostly. The palate is dense and slightly uncutous, with cashewnut notes on the rich, rounded finish.

Perfect on its own, as an aperitif, with poultry, white meats, rich fish dishes and flavoured cheese such as comte and cheddar.

It can be aged for further 3-5 years.
