Inspired by the Minke Whales that swim wild off the Atlantic Ocean coastline, Minke Gin & Vodka is produced by the Clonakilty Distillery using whey sourced from the family farm which gives a luxuriously smooth mouthfeel to each delicious drop.

Minke Gin contains a perfectly balanced blend of botanicals including lavender, citrus fruits, cardamom and native Rock Samphire which is hand harvested from the Clonakilty cliff tops.

Crisp and dry. Fresh n’ fruity, zesty, later the Rock Samphire from our local cliffs becomes prevalent with some green fennel-like notes. Slightly salty with red peppercorn in the finish.

Add two slices of lemon or lime and garnish with a mint leaf.
