50% Piquepoul, 50% Terret

Pale yellow in colour. Fine, abundant bubbles, forming a delicate mousse. A fresh and clean nose, revealing notes of grapefruit, lemon, and white-fleshed fruits. Taut, fresh, and elegant on the palate, supported by the fine mouth filling mousse.

Perfect through all the course, but ideal as an aperitif or with fruit-based desserts.
