Pale green colour and aromatic citrus, floral nose. Medium intensity nose dominated by stone fruit, melon and ripe citrus with notes of jasmine, fennel and notes of sweetness background. Hints of aniseed and herbs, around some subtle notes of white fruit and hints of citrus and some pastries. Good body and structure on the palate, plenty of fleshy citrus, apricot and peach fruit, pears, lemons, creamy texture, well-balanced acidity, lingering aftertaste.

Perfect as an aperitif, canapes, light fish dishes.
