70% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Noir

The super South African fizz is refreshingly dry with abundant strawberry and raspberry flavours. It has a delicate mousse which supports a dry, but rich and toasty palate.

Perfect on its own as an aperitif or with seafood. Try with a simple prawn cocktail salad.
