Pale, gold colour with fine bubbles. Dominantly fruity, reminiscent of white-fleshed fruit (apple, pear). Crisp, clean palate. Pleasant, delicate mouthfeel, thanks to a balanced dosage.

Perfect with fish, seafood dishes, white meats.
