100% Pinot Noir, aged in 32% new oak for 8 months

Bright cherry red colour. A nose of vibrant red fruit combines with vanilla oak, hints of herbs and spices and an earthy complexity. The palate, full of red fruits, dominate with cherry, raspberry and redcurrant with just a hint of mulberry. A touch of savoury spice and earthy mushroom complexty finish off the rounded palate, with a lingering finish.

Perfect with lamb dishes or game.
